The Bellani family comes from Sveta Katarina, located between the central part and the western coastal strip of Istria, known for its exceptionally fertile red soil, terra rossa. Terra rossa is a bright red type of soil, very suitable for olive cultivation due to its earthy clay structure.

They produce one of the first extra virgin olive oils according to 100% organic farming standards, incorporating the experience of three generations and the family’s passion for olives. Their oil is distinguished by its premium quality. Notably, they have received medals from competitions in Berlin and New York.
