Vošten extra virgin olive oil is a blend made of five varieties: buža, istarska bjelica, leccino, pendolino and frantoio. This olive oil is characterised by a pleasant fruity aroma of sugar melons. It is slightly bitter and mildly pungent in the taste. Due to its complex aroma it can be paired with all kinds of meals but the best combination is with traditional Istrian dishes.

In small village St. Lovreč on western of Istria is situated olive grove owned by family Vošten. The olive grove counts 700 olive trees. Family Vošten takes care for their olive grove through generations with commitment and love. However, they embraced modern process of production to make olive oil of excellent quality which recognised famous olive oil guide „Flos Olei“where this oil found its place 9 years in row.
