The company Idea Istra LLC has fully aligned its business activities with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. The Seller agrees to behave with the received personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, physical address, bank card details etc.) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We are obliged to protect the personal data of the Buyer by collecting only essential, basic information about the Buyers / Users that are required, so that we can fulfil our obligations.

2. All data on Users are strictly kept and provided only to employees who need this information in order to do their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible to respect the privacy protection principles.

3. We inform the Buyers about how we use the collected data, we regularly provide Buyers with the possibility to choose how their data will be used, including the possibility to decide whether or not they want their name to be removed from list used for marketing campaigns.

4. The Seller does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not available to unauthorized persons.

All listed partners who have access to your data have been carefully selected and we made sure that everyone is providing adequate protection in accordance with the GDPR.
