Organic is a blend of varieties: Vodnjanska Buža, Crnica, Isrtrian Bjelica, Rošinjola and Moraiolo. The varieties are mixed in strictly defined proportions to produce an olive oil with an intense scent of freshly mown grass, green apple and artichoke, with a balanced taste, and less spiciness and bitterness. It goes well with vegetables and soups. Organic is an oil derived from organically grown olives.

These high-quality olive oils are the product of the Chiavalon brothers, who have been in the Vodnjan olive grove since their childhood. They specialize in creating perfectly balanced blends and have turned to organic farming. Even though their grandfather taught them everything about olive cultivation, when they took over the olive grove, they decided to completely change olive cultivation and oil production.
