As part of the three-day International Sound & Film Music Festival-ISFMF, http://www.isfmf.com Camille Awards winners are being announced. On that occasion, many renowned composers from all over Europe visited Pula.
During their staying in Pula, guests of the ISFMF visited the House of Istrian Olive Oil, made a tour in the olive oil museum, past the guided olive oil tasting and tried some of the best Istrian olive oil with international awards.
This year’s ISFMF honoured guest was Stephen Warbeck, Oscar-winning composer for his music from the film Shakespeare in Love. His music is part of the famous television drama “Prime Suspect”. He is four-nominated for BAFTA, Grammy and European Film Award, and is the recipient of the BMI Awards for Film Music and the Jury award of the Cannes Film Festival.
Stephen Warbeck is also one of the guests who enjoyed the museum’s tour. Here’s what he said about his experience:
“I enjoyed this tour. I have learned many things about olives and olive oil that I did not know before. The museum is impressive, has a lot of beautiful things and I’m glad I learned something new. For myself I have chosen one less intensive Istrian olive oil.”
