Complaint requests have to be sent via e-mail to: email@example.com
or via post to: House of Istrian Olive Oil, Sv. Teodor 1a, 52100 Pula, Croatia.
The confirmation of receipt of the complaint request will be delivered to the Buyer immediately via e-mail. Along with the notice of receipt the Buyer will also receive the decision whether or not the complaint will be accepted and the Seller´s staff will contact him and provide further instructions.
