Leccino is an induced Italian variety, adored in this area because it provides a harmonious and light oil rich in sensory. The aroma is dominated by fruitiness, above all with green olives and aromatic herbs, and the taste is slightly bitter and pungent. Since this oil is cultivated in the northern parts, the taste is more intense than the varieties from southern areas.
