We enjoyed the visit of the tourist guides of Istria as one our first guests. They visited the Museum wanting to learn more about the project in order to be able to explain it and reccomend it to their guests. We were happy to hear positive feedback from experts in the industry.
They specifically wanted to know what makes Istrian olive oils best in Croatia and worldwide, when does the harvest take place and why, what is the difference between the traditional and contemporary way of olive oil production.
In the tasting room they tasted varietal oils from the brands Salvela, Olea Prima, Tanger, Traulin and blends by Chiavalon, Brist, Dobravac and Oleum Viride.
